Position: Application Support Officer Qualification: BS (16 years of education) – Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering Experience: Fresh and up to 1 year Must to have

Requirements:
• Good SQL Queries (Clear understanding of joins, query plans).
• Strong Operating Systems Concepts ( Threads, Queues, Locks, Memory Management).
• Good Analytical/Problem Solving Skills.
• Good in book keeping using modern tools like Ticketing Systems and Google Docs, etc. • Good in following up items assigned.
• Willing to work in night shifts and holidays (Saturday, Sundays, Gazetted Holidays) - proper time off would be given in lieu of this. Good to have Requirements: • Payment Systems (ISO8583, Web Services – SOAP/REST).
• Linux working knowledge (comfortable using shell).
• Bash or Python Scripting (can write small scripts to automate routine tasks).
• Prior experience in a 24x7 payments environment (Telcos/Banks) would be given preference.
