Following are the requirements for the post of Project Specialist:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Degree from any recognized institution of Pakistan
- Candidate should be based in Islamabad or willing to re-locate.
- 50% traveling involved.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in renovation works of offices
- Ability to handle all projects independently
- Must know about BoQs, quantity and cost estimation
- Member of PEC
- Must be able to understand building drawings, start and finish works of a structure and good command on AutoCAD
- Good communication skills
- Market competitive salary
