Experience: 2 to 3 years as a MEP and Civil Works
Quantity surveyor in a reputable firm
Job description: The individual must possess the followings traits of experience and skills:
- Must be able to diligently carry out physical verification of the quantities installed and work performed by contractors or the quantities delivered by vendors on site
- Must have sufficient and appropriate knowledge of MEP and civil works to understand the bills submitted by contractors and be able to identify anomalies
- Must be willing to travel within Karachi and outstation for different projects
- Must have a keen eye to detail with strong interpersonal skills and be able to justify the variations in BOQ and actual work executed
- Must be motivated and energetic individual with high degree of importance for honestly and integrity
