SmartEnds Job Customer Support Engineer January 2020:

We are looking for a customer support engineer in our Lahore office. The person should be enthusiastic and willing to take challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
1: Managing customer accounts
2: Technical customer support
3: Products log management.
4: Products shipment management
5: Technical report writing.
6: IOT devices flashing, assembling and testing.
7: Debug technical issues.

Required Qualification:
Bachelors of Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics
OR
Bachelors of Mechatronics Engineering
OR
Bachelors of Computer Engineering
OR
Bachelors of Computer Sciences

Required Experience: No experience required.
Experience in technical customer support and technical report writing would be preferred.
