Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Industrial Engineering

Determine key Industrial Engineering KPIs
Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area
Operation breakdown, Operation Bulletins/ Layout
Train up production staff on efficiency and Operator
Line and floor efficiency Calculation
Manpower Budget Planning and Prepare Man machine report
Reduce WIP (Work in Process) and Line Cost
Calculation, Floor capacity & SMV calculation
Co-ordination with merchandising
Fabric&thread consumption.
Garments analysis & style development for reduce costing
Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process
